To assist in the reunification process between children and families. To have a positive impact and promote positive interactions between children in care, bio families, the Department of Youth and Families and foster families. To be professional and sensitive to the situation and provide necessary discretion required to transport and oversee children in care.
Primary Purpose: Our primary purpose is to provide transportation and visitation supervision for foster children. We will transport children from their foster placement to a supervised visit with biological family and back to their foster placement. Our highest priority is keeping the children safe at all times, during transporting, and while visiting with their families.
Secondary Purpose: Our secondary purpose is to provide resources and instruction to assist biological families in cultivating their parenting skills. We would like to provide classes, one on one instruction and support as needed so biological families can gain confidence and skills to help reunify with their children. Our vision is to have a location that would create a home environment for children to visit with families.
